Our Story

Wildfire Business Solutions, LLC was founded in 2008 by Dave Karlsven, George Karlsven, and Mike Karlsven in an effort to help small business owners and individual sales representatives be more successful.
Dave Karlsven studied business management at Brigham Yound University and has started several businesses over the last 10 years. Some of his businesses were very successful, and others were not for various reasons.
Every business that Dave was involved in, helped him to learn valuable lessons. Some of these lessons were more expensive and hard to learn than others.
Along the way, Dave also met many people and developed tools and processes that helped him manage the three main areas of his businesses: Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
After spending lots of money and time developing these systems, Dave realized that there are a lot of people out there making the same mistakes he had made that prevented him from growing his business faster, cheaper and easier.
Often times small business owners or sales reps would ask Dave where to go to get the help or tools they needed to take their business to the next level.
In an effort to help these friends, Dave and his team tried finding a company that offered the ultimate tools these Small Business Owners could use without spending a fortune to purchase the same tools or services that Large Corporations use which are usually overkill for a small business owner.

They couldn't find any company that could offer a Small Business Owner or Sales Rep a system that would be affordable and that would make managing their business easier, while at the same time, allowing them to increase sales and grow their business without taking away from all their profits and time to build, learn and manage the system.

After talking with many Small Business Owners and Sales Reps, Dave realized that there are a lot of people out there that were all having the same problems and struggles he had when starting out.

So Dave decided to take action and help solve these problems that many small business owners and sales reps were having.
He approached his dad, George Karlsven, with his ideas because George Karlsven has a vast background in Finance.
George Karlsven was the Chief Financial Director for Provo City in Utah for 20 years. He has also served on the board of directors for several businesses as well as consulted with countless others on Financial and Investment matters.
George currently manages his own investments and teaches Corporate Finance and Investing courses at the University of Phoenix and Utah Valley University.
Dave brought George to the team for his financial and management expertise.

Dave also needed someone with a huge technical background to help develop software tools and technology that would give the Small Business Owner the power to do the things the Large Corportations were doing, but without all the expense and complicated systems the large companies had.
He turned to his brother, Mike Karlsven, who has worked for Walmart over the past several years.
Mike is in charge of developing cutting edge computer programs, systems and technolgies for Walmart (one of the biggest and technologically advanced corporations in the world).
Mike is an expert when it comes to computer programming and information systems. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Information Systems, and worked for several technology companies before going on to work for Walmart's IT department.
